Datamatique

The dawn of the ‘OMICS’ era in Life sciences research has resulted in a data deluge, thanks to the high throughput and automated equipment and ready to use reagent kits. However, the management of the huge amounts of data that is generated in an average life sciences laboratory is a BIG challenge and is still beyond the comprehension and capability of average molecular biologist.

Datamatique is conceptualized and designed by molecular biologists with decades of research experience in molecular biology to enable research scientists, in any area of research, to easily create, setup, share and mine their own secure databases with out using any sophisticated IT tools or an IT team. It definitely requires the basic knowledge of database one wants to setup such as the number of tables and parameters that form the essence of the table. All the features incorporated can be automatically exported to an XML backbone with built-in backup and fail over features.

Datamatique can be automatically populated with Excel sheets, Text (many formats including CSV), microscope images, graphs etc. Datamatique empowers the end user to setup and modify his own database at his own leisure with out any constraints.

Datamatique is provided to the end users in two flavors:

    1. As a backend tool where the user can setup his own database
    2. As a ready to be populated database, setup as per the individual requirements of the customers..
